VENUE HIRE INFORMATION

The Yard Café offers a warm and inviting indoor space, perfect for private dinners, celebrations, and intimate gatherings.

Venue hire provides exclusive use of the café for the evening, including tables, chairs, and standard setup support.

HIRE DETAILS

Hire Period: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM (whole evening)
Minimum Hire Period: 4 hours
Capacity: Up to 40 guests (mixed seating and standing)
Maximum Seated: 20 people for plated dinner

VENUE HIRE RATES

Minimum Spend Requirements

Sunday - Thursday: £750 minimum spend

Friday - Saturday: £1,000 minimum spend

The minimum spend can be used toward food and drink purchases.

If the total food spend does not reach the minimum amount, the remaining balance will be placed behind the bar as a credit for guests to use during the evening.

Customization Available: Menu can be tailored to your needs. We can offer all types of options and are not limited to a set style, ensuring your event is fully customized.

ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS

LIVE MUSIC (OPTIONAL)

Live Music Fee: £350 (in addition to the minimum spend)

Performances consist of three 45-minute sets with short intervals, and background music is played before and after live sets.

PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit of the total amount (minimum spend + live music fee) is required to confirm booking
The balance is due 7 days before the event
Payment method: Bank Transfer only
